# SAIF.Application.Claim overview

`SAIF.Application.Claim` is the claim-domain application layer of the LegalMaintenance solution. It specializes the domain-neutral `SAIF.Application` manager framework with claim identity, claim retrieval, claim confidentiality, and Oracle claim data-portal provisioning, and is in turn specialized by the legal-domain layer (`SAIF.Application.Claim.Legal`).

## Purpose
- Establish and hold the current claim/worker context (`ClaimContext`) that every claim-oriented manager in the solution binds to.
- Fix the shared claim lifecycle — retrieve claim, evaluate confidentiality/security, retrieve screen data — and the transaction bracket around every claim save.
- Evaluate claim confidentiality (worker-conflict, exposure, health-issue, hostile-worker) against the user's AD resources and expose the resulting access flags to derived managers.
- Provision the Oracle claim data portal (`ClaimDPI`, DB user `CLM`) that all downstream claim business objects use.
- Centralize claim-facing message text and ancillary service handles (imaging client, claim task generator) so every derived manager is configured consistently.

## Responsibilities
- Claim context establishment via `SetClaimContext`/`SetWorkerContext` and the immutable `ClaimContext` value object.
- Per-claim confidentiality evaluation via `ClaimSecurity` and the AD resource accessor `ClaimUserAccess`.
- Oracle data-portal provisioning and transaction-bracketed save (`Write`).
- Claim task generation delegation to `SAIF.Business.Tasks.Claim`.
- Shared message vocabulary (`ClaimAppConstants`).

## Key components
- `ClaimAppManager`: abstract claim application-manager base class owning the context/security/retrieve/write template.
- `ClaimContext`: immutable claim/worker identity value object.
- `ClaimSecurity`: per-claim access evaluator producing conflict/exposure/secure-claim/health-issue flags.
- `ClaimUserAccess`: claim-specific AD resource accessor (`SecureClaim`, `ConflictClaim`, `ExposureClaim`, `CollateralHealthClaim`).
- `ClaimAppConstants`: claim message/key string constants.
